At Tent New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
